Dramaturg and Project Lead at the Finnish-Swedish National Stage

I have worked as a dramaturg at Svenska Teatern in Helsinki since January 2020. My duties include: script reviewing and development, production dramaturgy, project management, event coordination, casting.

Svenska Teatern is one of the largest theatres in Helsinki, and Finland’s national stage for Finnish-Swedish theatre.

During my time at Svenska Teatern I have worked on a variety of projects, including:

Läkaren, (The Doctor), by Robert Icke, directed by Saana Lavaste
Radio Popov, by Anja Portin & Iira Halttunen, directed by Ida Kronholm
På besök hos småkrypen (Visiting the Bugs), concept by myself, Noona Leppinen & Juulia Björn
Är det hett här? (Is It Hot In Here?), by Anna Hultin, directed by André Wickström
Teatercafé, a virtual co-production between Svenska Teatern, Wasa Teater and Åbo Svenska Teater

I have also lead a development project that focuses on developing formats and content for digital media, including video content, streaming and an artistic residency.
